Regarding UsbHi the usb provided with the headset is for the led to glow(power supply) not for audio or mic.
good product to with pavilion, pavilion gaming, x360, omen because of b& o Audio system it gives such a good output (wow)
it is big in size as this is gaming headset so no worries and good thing is it is very light weight.

unsatisfactory productMe along with my friend both bought this H120 Gaming headset and both of us facing same issue with the headset, it is not working while connected via USB cable. we have tried on different laptops and desktop, but the problem persists. We tried contacting HP helpdesk and it was a really bad experience, firstly we could not get to speak to any representative in the 1st place and once my friend who finally got to speak to a HP agent, he was promised a callback with a solution but never received a callback. not sure why it will not work with USB connection. not a good product and no customer service. I am really unhappy with the product and also with the fact that I could not get any tech support regarding the product.
