Order

Order Status Description

  • Order Processing: Orders in the amounts recognized in the stocking process, not yet out of the library; order can be modified in this state.
  • Order Shipped: The shipment has been dispatched from the warehouse, order can-not be modified in this state.
  • Order Delivered: The shipment has been delivered to you at your specified address and has been signed for; orders in this state can-not be modified
  • Order Returned: Shipment has been returned by the customer; order in this state cannon be modified
  • Order Cancelled: An order which is cancelled and will not be delivered or dispatched

Cancellations

Orders once placed on Online store is non-cancellable. However Savex reserves the right to allow cancellations discretionally upon payment of cancellation charges of 5% of the order value if the shipment is not initiated. If the shipment was also initiated at the time of cancellation request, an additional charge of 2% of the order value or Rs.200/- ( Rupees Two Hundred only) whichever is higher will be charged in addition to the cancellation charges of 5% of the order value.
All refunds against order cancellations after adjusting the cancellation charges, will be routed through the original payment process such as payment gateway CCAvenue or banks in case of EMI offers. However if there is any change in order and the differential amount if any to be refunded may be sent through a cheque payment at the discretion of Savex.

  • You should provide your order number, receipt, name and consignee phone numbers and other information. If application of order modification is accepted, our customer service staff will confirm with you by e-mail or cell phone text message.
  • Order change will lead to the additional charges, and postponement of the date of the arrival of your goods.

  • You can call our customer service hotline 1800 180 1810, or Inside Sales Representative to place an order, our Inside Sales Representative will assist you with your needs under single ( phone orders do not support third-party online payment).
  • If you do not make a payment within 5 working days after the order is submitted, we will close your unpaid transactions automatically and cancel the order. Our customer service staff will confirm with you by e-mail or cell phone text message.

About Coupon

  • For eligible customers, e-coupon will be issue via email or contact our HP contact center at 1800 180 1810. Our sales specialist will issue the code during the call.
  • E-coupon available for promotional campaign basis only.

Delivery Note
